If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You
received the Goods. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your
decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: gizaandpita@gmail.com

Conditions for Returns:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Goods returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in sell-able condition.
• We do not refund the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. 
• If you receive the Goods damaged, immediately inform us and we will replace it as soon as possible.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Damaged, worn, or used Goods and without the original packaging.
• Internationally shipped items
• Merchandise without a Return Authorization Number

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
